currently seeking a RN Nurse Manager to provide comprehensive health services
at our on-site facility for a major manufacturing facility in East Alton,
IL. This position works collaboratively with our healthcare team
to provide quality occupational care, disability management, wellness services,
and primary care services to the employee’s of our client.
Responsibilities will include the coordination of all aspects of the
medical and administrative functions at the medical center and supervision
of all staff. Duties will also include working with the provider staff
to ensure operational efficiency; participation in HR functions, provide
and direct staff education, and development of operations budget.
Candidates should have an active RN licensure for IL and BLS certification.
A minimum of three years healthcare management experience preferably in
an occupational health setting is required. Excellent oral and written
communication skills, strong leadership and organizational skills, with
significant financial experience, ability to work independently and computer
skills is required. Certification in Occupational Health Nursing or Case
Management preferred.

Registered Nurse Case Management Opportunity!
East Alton, Illinois

seeking an experienced RN Case Manager Supervisor to work at our on-site
health clinic for a major manufacturer in East Alton, IL.
The successful candidate will function as part of the occupational health
team providing appropriate management of work and non-work related illnesses
and injuries, facilitate medical management and utilization of services
to assure appropriate medical care and timely return to work and occasional
clinical assistance with special projects. This position requires a RN
with at least 3-5 years of management experience preferably in an occupational
setting involving case management. This position will have managerial oversight
of 3-5 case managers and report directly to the on-site Practice Administrator.
Preferred candidates will possess a BSN, current unrestricted IL license,
and COHN/CCM preferred. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 3
years case management experience – preferably with 2 years of experience
in an industrial environment. Previous experience with worker’s compensation
and Third Party Administrator, FMLA, STD/ LTD and utilization review is
preferred. Excellent computer skills are required. Experience in occupational
health and/or orthopedics a plus.
