CHD Meridian Healthcare, a subsidiary of I-trax, Inc., a leading provider
of integrated workplace health and productivity management solutions, is
seeking a FT (32 hrs/wk) LPN for our on-site occupational health service
clinic in Fayetteville, NC.
Utilize your knowledge of occupational health to perform examinations,
assessments and treatment options in support of workplace safety and health
goals and objectives.
While working at this occupational health site, the candidates will
utilize their skills with the medical surveillance program, injury &
illness management, case management and wellness initiatives. Hours are
Fri. 10pm-6am and Sat/Sun from 6pm-6am.
Current active NC licensure is required along with dedication to quality
patient care and customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills
and the proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team based
environment. Preferred candidates will have experience in occupational,
emergency or ambulatory care, (other nursing experience will be considered).

health service clinic in Topeka, KS. Hours are Sat/Sun from either 7am-7pm
or 7pm-7am.
Utilize your knowledge of occupational health to perform examinations,
assessments and treatment options in support of workplace safety and health
goals and objectives.
While working at this occupational health site, the candidates will
utilize their skills with the medical surveillance program, injury &
illness management, case management and wellness initiatives.
Current active Kansas licensure is required along with dedication to
quality patient care and customer satisfaction, excellent communication
skills and the proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team
based environment. Preferred candidates will have experience in occupational,
emergency or ambulatory care (other nursing experience will be considered).
