clinic in Fayetteville, NC. 

Utilize your knowledge of occupational health to perform examinations,
assessments and treatment options in support of workplace safety and health
goals and objectives.

While working at this occupational health site, the candidates will
utilize their skills with the medical surveillance program, injury &
illness management, case management and wellness initiatives. Hours are
Fri. 10pm-6am and Sat/Sun from 6pm-6am.

Current active NC licensure is required along with dedication to quality
patient care and customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills
and the proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team based
environment.  Preferred candidates will have experience in occupational,
emergency or ambulatory care, (other nursing experience will be considered).

CHD Meridian Healthcare is looking for a highly motivated RN with a
strong background in ergonomics and occupational health to work at one
of our corporate sites in Colorado Springs, CO. Daytime travel will be
required between four corporate sites in CO. 

Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday; no nights or weekends. 

Responsibilities:

• Strong emphasis (60%) in ergonomics assessments and follow-up 

• Occupational Health duties – compliance/due diligence, travel health,
emergency response, injury & illness treatment, wellness and administration

• Travel (35%) amongst 4 site locations 

Requirements:

• Active RN license 

• 3+ years of Occupational Health experience 

• 1+ year of Ergonomics experience 

• Corporate experience preferred 

• CPR/AED 

• Computer skills a must 

• Blend of team player capabilities and self-directed tasks

• Strong in organization and prioritization abilities

Disease management position to telephonically manage heart failure patients. 
Will work with Cardiologist, Cardiac Nurse Practitioner, and Physician
Assistant.

 

Duties:

*  Educate in disease process, medications, and diet; assist and
support patients/caregivers t help self manage their disease.

*  Utilizing bio-metric scales monitor and manage disease process.

*  Manage medications

*  Manage symptoms

*  Coordinate services

 

Goal:  Assist patients to become knowledgeable about their disease
process, recognize S&S.

 

REqires:

Must have comfortable knowledge of  cardiac medications.

Excellent teaching skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to prioritize

Computer literate.

 

Case management experience and CCM preferable, but not necessary.
